Warranty

 

In case of malfunctioning of your ACCUE RDS Clock, we suggest that you call, email us, or click here for technical support first. If it still does not function properly, you are entitled to a replacement or refund within 7 days of purchase. Carry-in warranty covers two years from the date of purchase.

 

Exchange, refund, and warranty are subject to the following conditions:

 

1.         Please keep the receipt

You must provide the original proof of purchase to receive any after services. Please include the original invoice when mailing in the product for repair, exchange, or refund; it will be returned along with the product. ACCUE reserves the right to refuse service or charge an administration fee of HK$100 for re-issuance of a Warranty Registration if the customer cannot produce a proof of purchase.

2.         Unless specified below, ACCUE does not accept any return or exchange of sold goods.

a.         Exchange policy

In case of defect in manufacturing or parts, you may, within 7 calendar days after purchase, together with the proof of purchase and original packaging, exchange for a new ACCUE RDS Clock at the place of purchase. If you purchased your ACCUE RDS Clock from our online store^, please visit or mail in the clock with stamps to ACCUE for exchange, with a note specifying the defect.

b.        Refund policy

In case of time signal reception problem in your area of usage, you may, with proof of purchase and original packaging, return the ACCUE RDS Clock for a refund at place of purchase within 7 calendar days of purchase. If you purchased your ACCUE RDS Clock from our online store^, please visit or mail in the clock with the Refund Form for refund. Refunds will be issued by cheque.

c.          Warranty terms

                           i.                You are entitled to a free carry-in warranty, within two years of purchase. You are required to submit the Warranty Registration online within seven days of purchase in order to utilize the benefits of the warranty.

                         ii.                This warranty only applies where a defect has arisen, wholly or substantially, as a result of faulty manufacture, parts or workmanship during the warranty period. This warranty does not apply where damage is caused by other factors, including without limitation: abuse, mishandling, accident, liquid damage, or failure to follow operating instructions.

                      iii.                If after service is requested, please visit or mail in the clock with stamps to ACCUE, with a note specifying the defect.

3.         ACCUE reserves the right to update and change the Terms and Conditions from time to time without notice.

4.         ACCUE reserves the right to refuse service.

5.         This Terms and Conditions has been translated into English. In case of inconsistency or ambiguity between the Chinese version and the English version, the Chinese version shall prevail.
